3 Best Mobile Sports Betting Applications For Android and iOS

Legal sports betting applications can be profitable and entertaining. Not all brands are created equal, however. There are some major differences between mobile apps in terms of reliability, User Experience, responsiveness, depth of the sportsbook menu, pricing, customer service, whether it has withdrawal and deposit methods such as PayPal, and other features.

    FanDuel Sportsbook

FanDuel Sportsbook – Android | iOS

As one of the biggest daily fantasy sports providers in the U.S., FanDuel Sportsbook has plenty of experience when it comes to catering to players. The operator also has one of the biggest names in iGaming behind it, ever since it was acquired by Paddy Power Betfair in 2018.

The apps are available for both iOS and Android devices and offer a top-notch User Experience. This is reflected in the app reviews, as the iOS app boasts a superior score. Users can access the full suite of the operator’s services through the app.

FanDuel also has the fastest cashouts we’ve seen. Preferences from one guy to the next vary, but at the present time, it’s widely considered one of the best out there, if not the best. At least it tops our list.

    DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino

DraftKings Sportsbook – Android | iOS

Together with FanDuel, DraftKings Sportsbook stands as one of the leading providers of daily fantasy sports. The operator started offering online sports betting services in New Jersey only three months after PASPA was struck down, in fact it became the first legal mobile betting app outside of Nevada.

Also great: DK is quick to post player and game props, alternative lines and spreads. The interface, in some sections, is a Bit cluttered.  Its ‘Same Game Parlay’ feature is simply not as good as FanDuel’s and the pricing is more opaque. One other smallish gripe: the geolocation can be a Bit finicky and sometimes requires a reboot, at least in certain jurisdictions.

Users have access to a very wide range of sports from both U.S. and international markets. You’ll also find lots of creative promotions and bonus bets at DraftKings. The iOS app is one of the highest-rated sportsbook apps on the market.

    Caesars Sportsbook

Caesars Sportsbook – Android | iOS

Caesars is one of the most well-known brands in the gambling and entertainment world, so it is no surprise that following Caesars Entertainment’s acquisition of William Hill U.S., Caesars Sportsbook has taken over as the company’s sportsbook brand name (except in Nevada). Caesars kicked off this audible with a major marketing campaign that features, among other figures, actor/comedian J.B. Smoove and actress Halle Berry.

Overall, the Caesars Sportsbook mobile experience ticks all the right boxes, especially if you prefer a non-cluttered, easy-to-read display. It’s pretty smooth and simple to deposit and withdraw funds (methods include PayPal), get in touch with support via live chat, and more within the app interface. A couple tangential points: Caesars seeks to cater to the recreational better, and is rumored to limit or shut out long-term or big winning bettors. That said, nobody does a brick-and-mortar sportsbook better.

Caesars is also among the earliest to post player and game props, and since moving from William Hill to Caesars, has become much more generous (or aggressive) in its promotional offerings, bonus bets, and initial welcome bonus package, which have included deposit matches and a large second-chance bet. If you like getting casino rewards as part of the package (and lots of casino-related emails), well, this is the book for you, too.
